Delete Your Team Build Pro Account
Complete account deletion can be performed directly within the Team Build Pro mobile app.
⚠️ Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including profile information, team connections, and account history will be permanently removed from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
Open Team Build Pro App
Launch the Team Build Pro mobile application on your iOS or Android device and sign into your account.
Navigate to Profile
Tap on the "Profile" tab at the bottom of the screen to access your account settings.
Find Delete Account Button
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
Complete Verification Process
Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity and confirm the permanent deletion of your account.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, location, etc.)
- All personal data and preferences
- Team connections and network relationships
- Account history and activity logs
- Any stored messages or communications
Data Retention Period
Upon account deletion, your data is immediately removed from active systems. Some backup systems may retain encrypted copies for up to 30 days for security and legal compliance purposes, after which all data is permanently purged.
Special Cases
Administrator Accounts
If you are an administrator with active team members, account deletion may be restricted to protect business operations. Please contact our support team for assistance with admin account transfers.
Demo Accounts
Demo accounts used for testing purposes cannot be deleted as they are maintained for app review and demonstration purposes.
